Medicare Billing:

UltraCare will oversee the timely billing and collections related to Medicare Part A, Part B and commercial insurance primary payer and non-private Medicare coinsurance/deductible claims.

UltraCare will perform the following:

• Oversee the billing of Medicare Part A, Part B and commercial insurance primary payer.
  
• Oversee the billing of non-private Medicare coinsurance and deductible claims.
  
• Follow-up collection procedures related to Medicare Part A, Part B and commercial insurance primary payer and non-private Medicare coinsurance/deductible claims.
  
• Prepare and maintain Medicare Part A, Part B and commercial insurance billing logs.
  
• Maintain and provide monthly accounts receivable aging review on Medicare Part A, Part B and commercial insurance claims.
  
• Ensure the preparation and submission of quarterly Medicare credit reports.
